Lesson Cancellations

In the event of adverse weather conditions that may affect the safety of the members or any other Force Majeure, LittleLions-Rugby have the right to cancel a session and the fees are not refundable in any circumstances whatsoever other than with the written consent of LittleLions-Rugby.

LittleLions-Rugby may cancel this contract at any time before the Participant commences a Term, for any reason whatsoever. LittleLions-Rugby shall not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from such cancellation but will refund Fees paid for the remaining Classes in the Term.

We allow members to exercise a 1 rollover per term for undue absence. 24hrs notice must be provided to enact this benefit.

Membership Contracts

LittleLions-Rugby may cancel this contract at any time before the Pupil commences the Course for any reason whatsoever.

LittleLions-Rugby shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from such cancellation.

In the event of cancellation by LittleLions-Rugby prior to the commencement of the Course, LittleLions-Rugby will refund any fees for outstanding classes.

Parent/Carer must cancel within 24hrs of non-attendance if refund of individual class is to be activated on account.

Fees & Payment / Refunds

The Parent shall pay the session fees LittleLions-Rugby prior to the Participant commencing. The session fees are not refundable after 7days and cancellation must be received in writing or by email to admin@littlelions-rugby.co.uk

Product Delivery

We aim to deliver within and up to 21days all products ordered from our online shop. Cancellation of orders from our online shop must be made within 24hrs of order placement.

Change or cancel an order

If you wish to change or cancel an order contact our Customer Service team at admin@littlelions-rugby.co.uk any time between 7am and midnight, 7 days a week. Please include your order number and date the order was placed on your email.

If your products have already been delivered, then you will need to follow our returns procedure.

Returns procedure

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 14 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.*

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Please include: order number, stock number, the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement.

Refund policy

If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:

– The original account no longer exists
– The original account details have expired
– The order has been placed exclusively with gift vouchers
– The recipient requires a credit
– Products we are unable to refund or exchange

– We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised, made-to measure/order unless they are faulty:

Delivery charges

We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.

Cancellation of made-to-order products

Should you wish to cancel your made-to-order or made-to-measure product for any reason, it is unlikely that we could sell it to another customer at full selling price. We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the full selling price. In respect of these products our usual refund policy does not apply and products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.*

*None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.

General

By agreeing to these terms and conditions the Parent consents that the data provided (non-financial) can be shared within the LittleLions-Rugby.

The Parent shall indemnify and keep indemnified LittleLions-Rugby against all loss (including loss of profit), liability, cost and expenses which LitleLionsRugby may incur directly or indirectly as a consequence of any action or inaction of the Parent, Carer and/or Participant.

Any notices to be sent by either party to the other shall be sent by pre-paid recorded delivery or hand delivered to the address of the relevant party and shall be deemed to have been received by the addressee within 48 hours of posting or immediately if hand delivered.

The failure by either party to enforce at any time or for any period any one or more of the obligations arising under this contract shall not be a waiver of them or of the right at any time subsequently to enforce any or all of such obligations.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes prior agreements and understandings between the parties.

This contract shall be governed by the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
